Introduced by our authoritarian Labor government in 1998, anyone can apply for an ASBO to stop anyone else from doing something that they find irritating, "alarming" or "threatening."
One has to wonder when some smartass is going to try and ban kids. IF we can do that, I hope to christ that law comes to Australia, because we know what I'll be doing :D
