  4. This is a tragedy...and the unfortunate result of all of this is that every case that ever came before these two cocksuckers will have to be reviewed...causing a huge dent in taxpayer funds! On top of that, I have to admit that while some that were sentenced by them might have deserved to be sent away...the circumstances surrounding their sentencing now requires that their cases be reviewed along with the ones that more than likely deserved leniency or probation...what a fucking shame!

  7. No surprise here. But they have already done the damage to those who appeared before him. The question remains how many other type of "Jim Crow" type arraignments are there?

  8. and lets not forget about the lawsuits that will follow. that makes the already huge dent in taxpayer funds even bigger. My first thought when I read this is that they are going to sue. and if enough people get involved, it is going to be a class action lawsuit.

  9. First off they are going to sue, they have to sue. But this is more then just those two, this is about to start a snow ball effect think about it: how many people have complained about harsh sentences? How many private detention facilities have contracts just like these two arranged so that they could get all the detainies possible.

I doubt these two were geniuses. Our entire penal system is about to be in trouble, you only had to prove it once. All you had to do was catch one asshole with his hand in the cookie jar for somebody to argue that hey this private centers are a scam to unfairly jail people especially those who SHOULD be shown leniency.

Unfortunately many Lawmakers have a god complex, and people in the justice system triply so. These men could and did play god, they felt they deserved spoils for doing their jobs. I mean their job was to fairly mitigate the punishment in cases, in this instance juvenile cases.

And fuck a plea deal, how can you give them a plea? Is this what you tell people about the legal system we take care of our own but fuck the little people this is as bad as the blue wall.
