What they need is a swift hit upside the head from the butt of a rifle! This so called "Coast Guard" is nothing more than a bunch of opportunistic vultures. That point is made ever so clear by the "ransom" money they seek. If they truly wanted to stop the flow of "supposedly" illegal firearms they'd simply dump them over the side and let the ships proceed on without the cargo!
