  6. Funny, I was gonna say rocks! That was Johns first one - google kindergarten science projects "rocks" and do that - rocks are the easiest, however will u be able to collect a few with the weather your having?

If u have time u can do a plany, jus scoop some seeds and watch the bitch grow, or better yet antamoy of a leaf - she can draw, label, and speak on it.

    Excuse the spelling on qwerty!

  9. Ok, I have to say it...as a teacher...

A science project in KINDER??? WTF!?!?

Personally, and my school tends to work this way...we try not to assign projects that the PARENTS are just going to end up doing.

    Ant farms are cool though...lol.

  12. How about "Sink or Float"? I did a project & used items as coins, paper dollars, marshmallows, a sponge, toy blocks, etc. Sorry I don't recall much more.

  13. How about a Mini Solar System out of cookies. Each cookie is a different planet...and after the project is over...she has a snack!

  14. i like sink or float...let her predict what will sink and then test it

or you can do absorption of light. put two ice cubes on paper(one white one black) and see which one mets faster set a timer to remind her to check it every 5 min or so. you may want to have her use a digital camera to take pictures get a clock in the frame so that it records what time the picture was taken. you may want to use a light bulb to make the whole thing go faster
